Terms and Conditions of sale at Affordable Premium Cars

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of used vehicle by Affordable Premium Cars Ltd ("the seller") to the customer ("the Buyer")

1.2 By purchasing a vehicle from Affordable Premium Cars Ltd, the Buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Vehicle Description & Condition

2.1 All vehicles are sold as described at the time of purchase. The Buyer acknowledges that used vehicles may have reasonable wear and tear.

2.2 The Buyer is encouraged to inspect the vehicle before purchase. Any existing defects or advisories will be disclosed.

2.3 Mileages are stated as shown on the odometer and cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise specified.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable)

3.2 a non-refundable deposit of £250.00 will be required to secure the vehicle.

3.3 Full payment must be made before collection or delivery. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Debit Card, Cash payments

3.4 if the Buyer fails to complete the purchase with the 7 days, the Seller reserves the right to retain the deposit and remarket & resell the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery & Collection

4.1 The Buyer must collect the vehicle within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Delivery can be arranged at additional cost. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Consumer Rights & Returns

5.1 The Buyer has rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject a faulty vehicle within 30 days for a refund.

5.2 If a fault arises within six months, the Buyer has the right to request a repair or replacement. If this not possible, a partial refund may be given.

5.3 The Seller is not responsible for faults caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the vehicle.

5.4 Vehicles sold as "Trade Sale" or "Spare or Repair" are excluded from warranty and sold strictly as seen.

5.5 If a vehicle is returned under the Conmsumer Rights Act 2015 and is found, after inspection, to have knlown or alleged faults, a fee of £995 will be charged to cover unnecessary administrative and restocking costs.

6. Warranty

6.1 Vehicles come with a minimum 3 months warranty, the level of cover is dependant on the vehicles age and mileage.

6.2 Any additional third party warranties must be arranged directly with the provider.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

7.1 The Seller is not liable for any indirect loss, including loss of earnings or expenses, caused by vehicle defects.

7.2 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is insured and roadworthy  before driving.

8. Part Exchange

8.1 The Seller may accept part-exchange vehicles subject to valuation.

8.2 The Buyer must disclose any known defects, outstanding finance, or mileage discrepencies.

9. Data Protection

9.1 The Seller complies with the UK GDPR. The Buyers personal data will only be used for processing the sale and legal requirments.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.

10.2 Any disputes will be handled through negotiation, and if unresolved, referred to the Motor Ombudsman or legal action if necessary.

This Document protects both the Seller and the Buyer while ensuring compliance with UK Law.
